I have had a terrible week eating wise, so fuck it, this week and tomorrow - healthy.

Eurgh, I’ve felt depressed all week due to the shit I’ve ate.

Curves.

I’ve just searched the curves tag, and I notice it wasn’t filled with what I’d call curves (a small waist and larger hips and breasts), it was more of a platform for plus size girls. I have no problem with this - I think it’s excellent that these girls have all of this body confidence, I wish I did!

However, looking at the blogs, some things infuriated me. I saw posts calling skinny/fit girls anorexic or eating disordered for the healthy food they eat, posts telling people to eat whatever you like and other assorted posts that pissed me off. How dare you call someone who is either naturally thin or trying to lose weight eating disordered because they are skinnier than you or they eat healthier than you! It’s completely unfair because the amount of hard work and dedication it takes to lose weight and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle is incredibly hard.

Also, I don’t think it’s right to encourage people to eat whatever they want, whenever they want. I think everyone, all shapes and sizes, should try to eat healthily - the benefits by far outweigh the cons. I’m not saying to be a health freak and be a perfect eater all of the time, but obviously it’s not ideal to survive on shit food. 

Apologies if I’ve offended anyone, just my opinion.

Ate so much crap, its unreal. Went to a Zumba class and everyone there was tiny! :’(

February goals!!

  • Eat healthily each day!
  • Lose about 6-12 pounds this month, if more, even better! 
  • At least get down to 154. 
  • Be happier
  • Be nicer to people
  • Have at least 2-3 portions of fruit and veg each day
  • Fizzy drinks and fast food is forbidden.
